We specialise in cuts, styling, weaves, wigs and ponytail styles. Here at Hair By Anais, we take pride in making sure our clients feel their best. Every client is different, and when in our chair, we want you to leave feeling like a brand new person.

DEPOSITS
A £50 Non refundable deposit will be taken when booking your appointment. This will be to secure your slot, and also go towards your appointment. In the event of cancelling your appointment for any reason, your deposit will be lost.
Deposits for 1:1 classes vary. DO NOT book this via the booking system. Please send us an email to Business.hairbyanais@hotmail.com and we can send over more information. Once booked, If you cannot do the desired date anymore, classes will only be rescheduled and not refunded.
APPOINTMENTS
To ensure the smooth scheduling of appointments and uphold the quality of service for all clients, we offer a grace period of 10 minutes. If you happen to arrive beyond this grace period, a late fee charge of £10 will be applied.
For any arrivals exceeding 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time, regrettably, we may need to cancel the appointment. This is due to our commitment in maintaining a seamless schedule for all clients, and ensuring that everyone receives the attention and care they deserve.
To ensure fairness and flexibility for ourselves too, we extend a 15-minute grace period for appointments scheduled around our opening time. If you happen to arrive to find the shutters closed, we kindly request that you grant us the same grace. Feel free to give us a call after 15 minutes.
We kindly request that ALL appointments be confirmed 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. This confirmation can be conveniently sent via text or WhatsApp to the number 07960872368 Please note that if your appointment remains unconfirmed, it may regrettably result in its cancellation. This policy has been put in place to as of a result of appointments being booked but clients not showing up.
If you find the need to reschedule your appointment, please be aware that a rescheduling fee of £30 will apply. It's important to note that rescheduling is subject to our availability, which can sometimes be limited due to the high demand for appointments.
Clients who do not attend their appointments or fail to adhere to the guidelines provided above will be classified as "NO SHOWS." As a result, they will be restricted from making future bookings and blocked from reserving appointments with us. Furthermore, any outstanding charges for the missed appointment will be deducted from the payment card on file.
We appreciate your understanding that these policies are in place to ensure the fair and smooth operation of our scheduling system, and to accommodate all our clients with the utmost care and professionalism.

If you are unsure of anything and need help with choosing a style that will suit you, we offer an in-depth telephone consultation with our lovely assistant Davinia. This come at a £25 fee; details can be found below:

FRONTALS & LACE INFORMATION
If you have an appointment using a frontal/closure or pre-made wigs, we will need your pieces. 3 days BEFORE your appointment date (bundles are not needed). This does not include our off days (Mon & Sun). If you are unsure, send us a message. If not received on time a £25 late fee will be added onto your final bill. We do not pluck and customise at appointment
We only accept 13x6, 5x5, 6x6, 7x7, or 2x6 LACE. PLEASE DO NOT BRING 13x4 or 4x4! We will not work with frontals/closures or pre-made wigs already cut or customised by another stylist
Please understand we want to give you the best service possible, so please adhere to our guidelines carefully. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation, and your deposit will be forfeited.

HBA HAIR
We supply hair to EVERYONE.
If you have booked an appointment & want us to provide hair for your appointment please contact us for a price list, and we can get your pieces ready for your appointment.
Please note payment for hair is taken prior, so please let us know 1 1/2 weeks before your appointment date to avoid any delays.
We sell individual bundles, ready made wigs, lace closures and frontals. There are many textures available, and inches range from 12”~40”.
Once orders are placed and processed, if for any reason, we do not issue refunds for bundles/closures/frontals and wigs. This is due to hygiene reasons, and orders being processed already.
If you are not purchasing hair from us, please make sure you provide RAW / VIRGIN HAIR. If you get beauty supply hair, we will only accept REMY GODDESS hair. Do not bring other packet hair.
If you are reusing old bundles, please make sure to bring them combed out, clean & dry. We do not work with bundles that have been cut up into small sections. If unsure, please contact us.
TAPE IN EXTENSIONS
No consultation, no appointment!
One to one consultation is needed to evaluate your hair, and to see if your hair can sustain tape-ins extensions. If we believe your hair is in good condition for this service, we will then discuss your desire style and method.
Consultation fee is £25 (Please see details in consultation section)
If you have booked in for this service and would like us to provide hair, please let us know 10 DAYS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.
We offer inches 16-20” in textures raw straight, body-wave, kinky straight and curly. Colours range from natural black #1B (off black), #2 (dark brown), #4 (chocolate brown), #T1B/19 (Black/Ash blond highlights), #T1B/6 (Natural black/brown highlights),#T4/27 (Brown/Blonde highlights), #18A/613 (Light Blonde/Brown Blonde highlights). During your consultation pictures of the colours will be sent to you for better understanding.
Please note, we will advise you on what inches and texture will best suit your hair during your consultation. Please make sure your hair is out and/or you have up to date CLEAR images to send over to us
This service will include 1 FREE top up for any pieces that may come out, or will need to be replaced. This can only be booked between 2-3 weeks after your original service date.
Please be advised, if you no longer want your tape-ins, we do advise to come back for removals; or go to a professional. Doing this by yourself may cause breakage to your hair.
PREPARATION FOR ALL HAIRSTYLES
Unless added on to your appointment; please make sure your hair is throughly washed with a sulphate/clarifying shampoo, and conditioner is properly washed out.
Please DO NOT apply any products/serums/oils to your hair or scalp, as we use heat & this will cause heat damage, as well as not allowing our products to give you the long lasting sleek finish HBA is known for. We will use our HBA heat protector spray.
Please do not forget to add the correct “add ons” when booking these services.

•Please make sure you add on any extras to your service, as we may not be able to accommodate on the day
• There’s no waiting in the salon due to limited space - please arrive just on time!
• We sometimes run behind, so please allow yourself time if you have appointments booked elsewhere
•Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Anything before you will be turned away and asked to come back.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
We have a 24 hour grace period in which you can come back to us with any problems/issues with your hair or appointment and we will rectify the issue.
